For the past several years, I haven’t had to think about my vitamin D intake as it’s become a regular part of my daily regime thanks to the Auum Omegas I take and their brilliance of including vitamin D within the omega product (it just so happens that vitamin D is best taken as an oil).  So I get to enjoy the benefits of two products in one.  The article below is a great reminder of just how important vitamin D has become and it seems the more research they do the more they validate their findings.  If anything, the only real question comes down to deciding what the right dosage is and for this I’ll say, if in the summer months we naturally manufacture between 10,000/15,000 I.U. from 15/20 minutes of sun exposure and then live several months of the year without great sun exposure we can for the most part consider ourselves deficient.  You can in fact have your D levels checked by your physician.  The bottom line is that if you aren’t taking a vitamin D supplement now’s a good time to consider one.  Again a great way to take your vitamin D is taking the Auum omega product.
