Recipe of The Week: Healthy Cherry Chocolate Smoothie

Healthy Cherry Chocolate Smoothie
5 oz. of water
5 oz. of coconut water
Big handful of raw spinach
1 Tsp. of good quality green’s powder (my personal favourite is by Health Force – Vitamineral Green)
1 to 2 Tsp. of raw cacao nibs (optional)
2 scoops of quality protein powder (my personal favourite is by Isagenix – 1 scoop of Vanilla IsaPro Powder and 1 scoop of Natural Creamy Chocolate IsaLean Powder)
1 Tbsp. good quality organic virgin coconut oil (my personal favourite is by Nutiva)
1 cup of frozen natural cherries
2 ice cubes

If you have a decent blender (I have a Blendtec) you can layer everything in at once, just make sure to layer your coconut oil between your scoops of protein powder as otherwise it will end up freezing and stuck to wall of your blender.

Makes one very large glass to enjoy or share and is delicious and so good for you!
